Medical Temp Disability and VRMA
Am I entitled to receive BOTH medical temporary disability pay and VRMA allowance during the time I was unable to do my regular job and my employer was doing a job search to try to find modified work as prescribed by my doctor

No. When you are put on vocational rehab. you get VR disability benefits [same as TD rate], but you can not collect both TDs as that benefit is supposed to be a sum related to your work but less than the full amount of your pay so that yo are motivated top return to work as soon as possible. If you collected more than your wages why would you return to work unless you really loved the job?
