Mileage reimbursement
I have submitted my latest mileage reimbursement over 4 months ago, and have not received a check. My attorney says that the Insurance Co. haven't replied to his calls. Is there a time limit for mileage reimbursements?

They have a "reasonable time" in which to pay. You probably could go after them for a 10% penalty for unreasonable delay. Ask your attorney what benefits the 10% would apply to so that you know how much money you might get.
