modified duty
While on modified duty can a employer drop your pay from 22.00 to 10.00 while on workers comp.

If they place you in a lesser position where one commonly gets paid $10.00 per hour, I believe that you are entitled to 2/3 of the remaining wage which means you should be receiving checks from the insurance company representing $8.00 per hour.
