Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
my mother received the QME report and doctor stated she was 4% total body imparement...what does this mean? He wroted down some things down that we did not say such as locking of the knee we said she does have he wrote down no. We said she has continued pain he wrote down no pain. She now has arthiritis of the knee due to her injury and he states it had nothing to do with the injury but in fact has everything to do with the injury. This was brought upon because of the injury as well as her hip pain. Although xrays come out normal what explanation is there to the pain in the hip and knee? SHould we consult with a lawyer?

You should. There are many things that an attorney can do (depending on the case) that can turn things around for you. ie taking the deposition of the QME etc... Feel free to call me for a free consultation.
