If a physician finds that your work aggravated a pre-existing non-industrial condition you are entitled to WC benefits. You would receive full benefits except as to any medical treatment a Dr. finds to be soley from the pre-existing condition and ther would be apportionment as to permanent disability.
Even if you get laid off, you are still entitled to paid medical treatment, temporary disability benefits, permanent disability benefits. Even if State Fund denies your claim, you still have a valid claim for aggravation and reinjuring yourself. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
