Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I have been seeing a Occupational Doctor and not been treated correctly. I asked for a QMA panel doctor for an evualation and waiting for his testings. Saw him in July and no new prescriptions have been given. Do I go back to request a new Occupational Doctor?
