Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I was offered to cash out my future medical several years after my case closed. How do i determine a fair offer versus an unfair offer. They explained the offer was based on the doctors remarks when the cased settled several years ago but it does not seem like much research was done. Would obtaining an attorney help increase my chances of a fair offer or are these offers discretionary. I would like to close my case.

Interestingly, there are not many attorneys who will consider being retained specifically for the purposes of cashing out future medical. However, I am one of the few who do this on a regular basis. Please feel free to give me a call at 818.385.0520. Please note that I take cases all over the state, so don't let the "818" discourage you.
