I was never paid for time off taken due to work injury then teriminated
for attendance violations. macys was the company do i have to got thru their solutions program even if i was terimianted.

I need some additional information. Did you file a workers' compensation claim? Before or after you were terminated? Was your claim accepted? I do not know what Macy's "Solutions Program" involves so I cannot help you there. Macy's may have illegally fired you if a doctor took you off work which caused your attendance violations.
