Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I am having pain on my right arm & hand, & undergoing a therapy using my own medical insurance under my husband's, i found out this is job related & talk to my manager & open a claim for workers comp. will my own insurance charge us on the previous therapy that i had( they said i am 100% covered but i am paying $ 30 co pay every visit) if this injury is work related & i will claim it to the workers comp?

Submit the bills to the WC carrier and they will take care of payment and reimbursement ot your medical insurance carrier; you should not have to pay any co-pay or any other sums. The allowed charges under WC may be different from what your medical insurance had to pay.
