Do i have to pay workmans comp back

If i get a civil award am i required to pay workmans comp back for anything?

The quick and simple answer: yes. If workers comp pays ANY money out to you, and you get a judgment against a third party in a civil action for the same injuries, the work comp ins. co. is entitled to reimbursement from your civil settlement/judgment.
