Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

How should I go about getting the payment I am supposed to be paid from my employer that has not paid me my per diem or wages.

You use the website of the Division of Industrial Relations to submit a Wage Claim and request a hearing:

Place www.dir.ca.gov in your browser, choose LABOR LAW and find the "Wage Claim" selection for employees. I'll try to post it here, my 'geek' skills are lacking, I really hope it works:
