Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Permanent disability

Permanent disability rating of 21%. The insurance co. states this rating is equivalent to$12,080. payable at $ 160.00 per week.

Question - Is the $12,080. all I will receive for the permanent disability of 21% or will i be compensated for 21% until i retire (age 57 years)??
