Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

permenant disability

i have been on a workers comp back injury case for 3 1/2 years now. during which time my condition worsened. but i had surgery 8 months ago and now they are going to label me permenantly disabled to a degree. and write me off for 7k or there abouts. First, is it too late to get a lawyer for this. Second, is it probable to sue for a negligable time frame and not really changing my quality of life?

It is not too late, but if you wait five more minutes, it may be more up hill to prosecute your claim. Please call me at 818.385.0520 as soon as possible to discuss your case.
