In WC cases all sides are supposed to submit the medical records to the Judge before the hearing [with the request for a hearing]. You should consider seeing an attorney because if you do nt know the rules of the game you can lose a lot.

yes, but typically only the medical report which is the basis of the request for hearing is filed prior to the hearing date. In fact, sometimes the court will not allow a hearing until a medical report is filed.

The Code of Regulations requires submission of a complete medical file before hearing. Almost no one complies because it is expensive, time consuming, and the court does not want all the additional data to be sorted into the court file.
