Is a low back injury presumptive for

police officers after five years on the job

unless prove otherwide?

I don't know of any presumption the way you described. You may have a continuous Trauma type of injury which means that there is no specific date of injury and your injuries were aggravated over a period of time. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 if you have any questions.
