Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I was given a promotion from $8.00 to $9.00. That was 4 paychecks ago and I'm still recieving $8.00 an hour but also still doing all the extra work. I was told the company quit doing retro pay. What are the legalities? How can I get the money I worked for and am owed?
