Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I was provided transportaiton to my medical appts (work related ) now the adjuster refuses to provide me with it to go to mh wc doctors appts. can this be done without so much as a notice or letter to inform me. She just ignored my messages as she has always done. I was also Tricked into dismissing my attorney by this unethical devious woman, she lied to get me to believe she was loyal supportive and ethical. is there nothing i can do? she is deceitful and malicious, and has not problems witth using treacheryte

Unfortunately, you believed that the insurance company is on your side and will take care of you. I strongly encourage you to get another attorney and then trust him or her to represent you. I agree completely Ms. Gude rule of thumb, never trust the insurance! It sounds like you need to get representation.
