Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Can I Pursue a Worker's Comp Claim Against My Former Employer?
I was injured 7 months ago while employed by a company in CA. Due to my medical conditions I went on FMLA. On my medical records my doctor stated it was a work related injury however, I did not file for workers comp at the time. I left the company about 6 months ago and now my condition is getting worse, can I still file workers comp claim against my former employer?
