Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Questions
I went to a firm that accepted my case back in Feb 07. I have never met my attorney, nor does He respond to any questions when I call or write. I had two different attorney represent me at my depo. Have been denied for emotional distress. But do not see a AME until Jan 09. By then who will remember all the events and how can they fairly access the situation. All the evidence that would support my claim will also be gone. Is this the normal way this kind of case is handled. I just want it over so I can get on with my life. I have been approved for SSDI due to my failing health. I feel cause in part by the continual stress. Would appreciate any advice or comments.

Re: Questions
Drop your current attorney because he/she is just running a mill--clients in, money squeezed out, clients out. I will add more later
