Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I was just rated by a QME at a 10% upper extremity impairment and 6% impairment/disability. This was after a second shoulder surgery. The first surgery left me with a 12% WPI. How do I compute a fair settlement amount. What about the pain I am still in and the loss of ability to do the thing I once could?
