Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

sent to rating before being released by treating doctor

I was sent in for a rating by my attorney and insurance carrier before being relased by treating doctor who stated that I was not yet ready to be rated and who was upset at this! Is this legal?

If both your attorney and the defense attorney agreed to the medical examination, and you went, then most likely you have little recourse. Call the I&A office.
