Can I receive compensation because of a Tinnitus illness caused by my working environment.?

MAYBE... a doctor from the insurer's Medical Provider Network (not YOUR doc, but THEIR doc) must write you have either TEMPORARY DISABILITY or Permanent disability from industrially-caused Tinnitus.

iF THE INSURER (employer) denies responsibility, then you'd have to have a Qualified Medical Evaluator write that the Tinnitus was (1) caused by work and (2) labor-disabling.

Without the claim being accepted or the QME writing there is both industrial-causation AND disability, you won't receive compensation.
