Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I just received a stipulation for an award packet, the award being future medical care. How come I'm not awarded a monetary award along with future medical care since I lost my job because of my injury?

You aren't getting any money because the Insurer THINKS you have ZERO Permanent Disability.

It is possible to have a "work restriction" but have ZERO rateable permanent disability.

If this is what is in the report, your attorney needs to ask the reporting physician how he can write there is zero rateable permanent disability but the injury left this work unable to return to full duty without restrictions.
