Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I was receiving benifits from disability for the maximun amount and now they have lowered my benefit amount to 230 doll a week but i am still not able to work. What can I do to get the original alloted amount.

The total temporary disability rate is based upon your income at the time of the accident, so there should be no change in it. Perhaps they have started paying you permanent disability which is at a lower rate. Contact the adjuster handing the case and ask why there has been a change.
