Any and all earnings should be disclosed during the period you are receiving total or partial temporary disability benefits or else one can be liable for workers compensation fraud. However, your attorney can review your situation to see if your work restrictions allowed you to work your other job but not the one you were hurt at. The doctor treating you for your workers compensation injury is required to evaluate you routinely to update your status and write a PR2 report.
