E-mail your attorney with your questions in detail and then keep on calling until you get an answer. Tell them that if they do not want to represent you you will look for new counsel. Social Security and SSI are unrelated to WC; contact your local Soc. Security Office to see if you are eligible. The case can not be totally resolved until your condition has reached the point of maximum improvement. Resigning your job might not have any effect on your WC benefits but I do not have sufficient information to answer that question.

Without looking at your medical records it is impossible to know if you case is ready to close. It could be? If you attorney will not return your calls I would suggest you find a new attorney. You can call me at 949-830-1182.
