Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I recently saw a surgeon for disc herniation of C4-C5 & C6-C7 and was deemed a candidate for cervical disc replacement. However, CA Workers Compensation non-certified the procedure. In the same letter I was denied cevical fusion & cervical decompression. It has been over 2 years since my injury and still no relief. What steps do I take to get certified?
