Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have recieved a settlement by compromise and release after recieving TTD benefits for nearly 2 years, Am I eligible for Unemployment benefits after my case has settled???

Definitely not until you were released to return to some work by your Dr. If there was a job you could have returned to then yo might be able to collect unemployment; have you checked with them?
