Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Have repetitive injuries in hand, wrist and shoulder. Already had hand surgery for trigger thumb and now need major surgery on shoulder, but I am afraid to have the surgery. Can worker's comp drop me if I refuse? Do I have options and if I do have the surgery can I insist on having my personal physician? Thank you.
