Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I am resident manager and get free rent of $2,000 worth apartment. I work 45 hours a week plus 4 hours on the weekend for open-houses(overtime). No salary. Am I entitled to compensation?

Are you asking if you are entitled to collect Workers' Compensatioin beneifts if you are injured on the job? Yes, you definitley qualify. If it is a question of whether you are entitled to greater pay you should contact the Division of Labor.
