I had resigned my position from my previous employer because I was offer a better job opportunity. I was still under a stress leave thru my doctor and the other job decided to take away the job offer because of what was told to him

This sounds like an unemployment claim against the new employer... you will need to have writings from the new employer with a firm job offer and a start date to prevail.
