Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

whos responsible

i was hurt at work by a shoplifter. when i was taken off work the insurance company didnt pay me any money for over 4 months during the 4 months i lost my mobile home because i couldt make the space rent. i lost everything we own in storage it was all sold in auction. then my car was reposesed. i have 2 kids and a fiance. we have been living in a hotel is there anything i can do? thank you.

You should have applied for SDI prior to the insuarance company accepting your claim. Have you been paid for the period owed as a lump sum retro TTD check?
