Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Returning to work

Hello,

What happens when you return to work after having surgery and the employer really does not have the position you left when you were injured. Now part time pre injury was full time.

My employer violates wage and hour laws . I am not sure what happens when they do not provide a suitable position post surgery upon return.

Should an employer provide a position that is fair and suitable.

Not P and S just yet but have returned to regular duty.

Any rules to this situation
