Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

What does it mean that after reviewing the QME's report, it cannot be rated, and condition is not permanent and stationary as previously thought. I chose a QME whom was on the board's list of QMEs, and it was the second time I had seen this specialist.

If you are not permanent and stationaryk, then you are entitled to Total Temporary Disability if the employer cannot provide you with employment within the restrictions provided by the QME. You will need to see the QME again when you become Permanent and Stationary. At that time the QME should provide a ratable report.
