Right to revoke?
The insurance company sent a medical release to sign that says I have the right to revoke it at any time, does that mean I have a right not to sign it in the first place along with the request for my last 10 years of doctors It has stapled to it? Thanks for your time.

These medical release requests are really harassing, and, in my opinion, violate California privacy law. You could modify the release, by crossing out 10 years of records, and writing in "all records related to the injury dated _______." The insurance companies get away with a lot of crap because noone challenges them. . . Good luck. If the company denies your claim because you refused to sign that release, I may be interested in challenging that policy in court. Good luck.
