Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Do I have rghts to a partial settlement / husband

I have been married for 25 years and my husband currently lives with me in my mobilehome. Five years ago my husband was injured and is expecting a large settlement. We are not on the best of terms and I want to know if he leaves or we divorce after he gets his money am I entitled to any of it? I am on SSI as is he, however I have been responsible for most of the financial obligations. We are in seperate bedrooms and have been for a long time. Thank you
