Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

What are my rights

I was hurt on the job at Cost co- I've worked there for almost fourteen years-I was on workmans comp for a year-I have two torn disc from injury- Qme said he does not feel that I could work at same position (cake decorator, bakery) because of heavy lifting-bending twisting- he states that iam in frequent pain every day- cost co heired me back at the same position-25 lb limit modified work-knowing full well that iam in pain always.After 19 days of work (4 hours per day)I was brought into the office by my dept.manager and assit store manager and told that They cannot run their business with only allowing me to work 4 hrs. a day and that compared to others workers,iam not as fast and iam not doing a good job.I told them i feel that iam doing a great job-i complete the tasks that iam givin-i know that iam slower- but i have a lifting limit and iam in pain every day.They would not allow me to start my shift, being it is giving me pain and made me go to the doctors right after their talk to me.I was told to clock off,stating that i would be going to my doctor on my time!!Now what do i do??The insurance company made me an offer thinking i wouldnt be going back to work-now my work wants to let me go.NO LIGHT DUTY IN COSTCO HELP PLEASE!!
