Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I am an RN with a WC elbow injury. I had surgery last January which did not help, now the doctor wants to re-do the surgery. (this doctor also tried to send me back to work one week after surgery!) I want to see an arm/hand specialist, but the doctor I want to see does WC, but not for the MPN that I'm in. Do I have the right to see a doctor of my choosing for a second opinion, or do I have to be stuck with the MPN doctors they have?

To answer your question, I don't know. Without more facts about your case, it's difficult to give you a valid answer. There are many factual variables which dictate whether or not you are entitled to seek outside medical opinions.
However, I do know that without counsel, you're putty in their hands. I would be glad to speak with you if you contact me at 877.505.INJURY.
