Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
If a school administrator now, and who is forced to go back into the classroom next school year....goes on Workman's Comp now, and it goes through the next year, will he get paid his Admin salary through the next year?

If he is entitled only to the normal WC benefits and not full or some percnetage of salary, it is a moot point because at either pay scheule he wil be at the maximum pay rate. Under the school rules, can a person be transferred if they are off on disability; if they can not be , which I think is the rule, it is again a moot point.
