Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Search for a Case

I have been supporting my adult child who has filed a workers comp case, this has been going on for about 8 yrs. I am beginging to wonder if there is a case at all. Or if it was previously settled. Is there a way I can look this up on the internet to see if the case is indeed still pending? I tried Lexus Nexus, but don't know what I am looking for.

Simply call his lawyers office and ask if his case is still pending. They cannot reveal anything that is attorney/client privilege, but I think they can tell you whether or not the case is still pending.
