Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Settle my claim?
I am 48 y/o. I have 76% whole body disability - 5 spinal fractures + bilat carpal tunnel. I want to C&R everything. Re: future medical: My doctor says I will need surgery now and into the future for adjustments, maybe once every 2 years or so. Each surgery will cost approx $150,000. Will SCIF provide me with the full lump sum estimated amount? thank you

Re: Settle my claim?
Based upon the description of your case, it appears that you had suffered a catastrophic injury. Without a full file review and analysis of your case, it would be unethical for me to state the value of your case.
There are many factors involved with your case. For instance, how do you know that your P.D. rate is 76%? Which medical report says this? You may have a higher P.D. rate, but without knowing how your claim was prosecuted, and which doctor gave you this rating, it would be impossible for me to know what your P.D. is without a full file review.
Given the nature and extent of your injuries, and the settlement potential, it would be best to contact me at 1.877.505.INJURY for a free consultation.
