I settled my case with me receiving lifetime medical for the injured parts, I need a important procedure to help me but the company keeps denying it. Can I take that company back o court? What can I do?

Yes. If you were represented by an attorney, just ask him/her to file the papers to go back to court. If you were not represented, then you should file the necessary papers to go to court. If your injury was in California, you can get help from the Information and Assistance officer at the Appeals Board.
