Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

settlement claim

I have reached settlement stage of finalizing my WC case, but I am not satisified with the medical examiner's report and recommendations for my remedy. The chiropactor recommended that I d get a lifetime chiropactor assistance, but the medical examiner disagreed. They offered monies and tried to end it. What shall I do?

The truth is, it is almost impossible to answer comp questions through a website because comp has a lot of facts and circumstances. However, I will note that many people try to handle comp in pro per and quite often fail. If you really want to know what to do, hire an attorney. There are too many ways in pro pers get burned.
