Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

settlement

I've been on disability approx.8yrs.rating was 49%-39,000.Now Insurance wants to C/R (medical&all).Monthly my medicine is approx. 1,500.How do I go about settlement properly? THANK YOU--

Settlement by C&R can be very complicated especially if you are currrently receiving social security disability benefits as well. The best thing is to have an attorney review your case for any outstanding issues or payments and calculate your medical expenses into present value. Then we can make a recommendation to you whether you should settle at all and if so, for how much.
