Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Is there a settlement owed after you have surgery, or is that payment?
I just had surgery five days ago on my elbow, and I am not sure what happens next. I go back to my doctor in one more week to find out if my arm has healed, and my question is: IF my arm is healed is there any type of settlement, or was the surgery payment for the injury?
