settlement in workscomp case ihad 36 % permanen impairment disability , i got injured at low back some like disc bulge 2-3 mm at L4-L5 / L5-S1 and right shoulder , the Insurance over 50 K settlement , should i take or is to small , because my medical future will close and my doctor says i had to surgery my right shoulder ( cuff tear with mild subscalaris tendinopathy ). and i got internal problem stomach ulcers and hemeroids. The insurance doesn,t pay the weekly payments yet on the first letter they sad i will got pays $ 230 / every week . for 62 weeks ( $ 14, 270.00 ). Why they pending the payments, would you gave some advice what the best for my situation , and how long the settlement is done " IF i take the over for 50 K and close the medical life
my earnings is $ 38,000 / year. ( $ 725, 00 / week , 5 days work )
