settlements
I was informed that the qme doctor said that 90% of my mental stress was job related and I would be offered a settlement how do I know what amount is fair.

Submit the P&S Report, also known as a Final Report to the board to get a rating. Then determine the cash value which is based upon the rating and finally, examine what you believe the future medical will be. Add the two together and this should be your case value. Good luck.
