Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I had sever chest pains at work and had to go to the hospital. Is this covered under workers comp. They have me working 15 hr days

Any physical, mental, symptom causing incident if caused or aggravated by your work is covered. So you would be covered. It also would seem that yor employer may be in violation of the labor laws as to amount of hours worked.

It seems that the extreme work pressure at least partially caused your chest pain so most likely your employer is partially liable and therefore it would be covered under worker's compensation.
