Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Sholder injury

While working in a shipping department I injured my (R)shoulder. I was later fired before recovering. the injury stops me from doing the kind of work that im use to doing because i still cant lift cetain things over my head with being in pain, Now workers' comp wants to settle but i think there offering me the lowest posible deal seeing there Dr. said i cant do hard labbor work again without injuring myself.

If you are not represented by an attorney, the employer probably has medical control. This means that the doctors are committed to the insurance companies and not the injured workers.
