IF YOU MADE LESS than $230/week on the average, it will be less. If you were unable to return to full duty and there was no Offer of Permanently Modified Work, the amount should be increased by 15% after 8 weeks... and if the insurer paid you too much temporary disability (payment past your Maximum Medical Improvement date), the overpayment gets subtracted from your Permanent disability award.
